Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our refund policy regarding the registration fee:

1. Registration Fees

The student registration fee (₹10) and teacher registration fee (₹20) are nominal charges dedicated to account setup, portal maintenance, and instant digital access.

2. Duplicate or Failed Deductions

If an amount has been debited from your bank account or UPI wallet multiple times due to gateway connectivity issues, the extra charge will be automatically refunded by our payment partner within 5 to 7 business days.
